FAQs
So what exactly is CSP2?
CSP2 is a group of students who are passionate about fighting modern day slavery. Individually we work on awareness and fund raising within our own communities as a way to aid in abolition. As a group we support each other as well as continually build new resources that help equip other students with resources that will help them become abolitionists.
What’s up with the name?
We’re named after the original Clapham Sect which was the group that William Wilberforce; an 18th century abolitionist, worked with to bring an end to slavery in the British Empire.

Is CSP2 a faith based group?
While CSP2 is not exclusive to any religion, many of the members of CSP2 find their motivation to live justly to be deeply rooted in their faith. This being said, we hold strongly to the belief that justice is a humanity issue in addition to being a faith issue.
Is CSP2 a 501(c)(3) organization?
We're working on it...if all goes well then we will be very soon.
